"In joy or sadness, flowers are our constant friends"
- Okakura Kakuzo

Thank you for coming to this page, I hope I can be of service to you at this sad time. Saying ''farewell'' to a loved one is the hardest thing any of us will ever face. Flowers are such an important part of saying goodbye and we hope bring some comfort to you.
I offer a range of designs which are made with great care and attention to detail with sustainability in mind. I make eco-designs, without the use of floral foam, always selecting the best of blooms from the field and cutting garden. They are natural in style, designed from the heart and based on your wishes for your loved one, perhaps they had a favourite colour or flower. These snippets of detail help me to create something unique and personal, for example I was once asked to include broccoli for a lady who loved growing vegetables in her garden, so anything is possible. I will always aim to create something unique, natural and a special personal tribute from you to your loved one, at the same time keeping it natural and reflecting the season.
You are welcome to send an initial email to hello@sussexfarmhouseflowers.co.uk with your name, telephone number, date and location of the funeral, we can then arrange when you would like to talk in more detail when you feel ready.
Examples as shown above are;

The casket or coffin spray -which adorns the coffin as the main, large single tribute, this can be as a collective from the immediate family.

The classic hand-tied sheaf - a flat bouquet or spray, which can sit on the coffin as a single tribute in a larger size or to sit alongside other tributes in a smaller size.

The wreath - to symbolise the circle of life can be a single tribute for the coffin or to sit along side others.
A coffin blanket - designed to fill the length of the coffin, either made as a single piece or separate modules, designed to distribute to family members to take home or decorate the room after the funeral.

"Victoria made a wonderful wreath for my husband's funeral in December. What was so nice was the fact that the greenery, berries and Rosemary lasted until David's birthday on 17th March. I then took cuttings of the Rosemary and got them growing. I have one for myself and two went to life long friends. One friend being Victoria's Mum and the other is literally the person that knew David the longest. So from that wonderful wreath in December, three of us will always have a memory of David. Thank you Victoria. X"
